Roger is recognized as a business leader on both sides of the Atlantic. In 1995, he developed his base of operations in Texas and has been an owner/operator of various business enterprises in Europe and West Africa. During his work abroad, he noticed the value of precast concrete home construction, especially in coastal areas threatened by hurricanes. Seizing the opportunity to meet the need for safer housing, Roger launched Ecocast Homes, the only precast concrete panel and module home builder in Southeast Texas. Roger’s vision is to partner with developers for rapid new home construction and to offer a durable, energy-efficient, and affordable construction option for Texans.
